Ingredients/Components

  • cooked chicken, cut up - 2 c
  • can cream chicken soup - 1 item
  • celery, diced - 1 c
  • cooked rice - 1 c
  • cut up water chestnuts - 1 c
  • minced onions - 1 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • hard-boiled eggs, cut up - 3 item
  • crushed corn flakes
  • melted margarine - 1 Tbsp
  • oil - 1 Tbsp

How to make hot chicken casserole:

Topping:1 c. crushed corn flakes1 Tbsp. melted margarine1 Tbsp. oil Combine first group of ingredients and place in 9 x 13-inch glass pan, then add topping. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes prior to cutting.
