Ingredients/Components
- cooked chicken, cut up - 2 c
- can cream chicken soup - 1 item
- celery, diced - 1 c
- cooked rice - 1 c
- cut up water chestnuts - 1 c
- minced onions - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- hard-boiled eggs, cut up - 3 item
- crushed corn flakes
- melted margarine - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
How to make hot chicken casserole:
Topping:1 c. crushed corn flakes1 Tbsp. melted margarine1 Tbsp. oil Combine first group of ingredients and place in 9 x 13-inch glass pan, then add topping. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes prior to cutting.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
