Hot cheese loaf



  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • sour cream - 2 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
  • sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
  • jar pimentos, drained - 1 oz
  • small jar dried beef, chopped - 1 item
  • can diced green chile peppers - 1 oz
  • round sourdough loaf - 1 (2

How to make hot cheese loaf:

Carefully slice top off bread loaf; remove bread from center of loaf in square chunks. Combine all remaining ingredients. Fill hollowed loaf with cheese mixture. Place top slice on loaf and wrap in foil. Bake 2 hours at 325°. Serve warm with toasted or untoasted bread squares, chips or crackers. (Chop beef, chiles, pimentos and onions in food processor.)
