Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- sour cream - 2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- jar pimentos, drained - 1 oz
- small jar dried beef, chopped - 1 item
- can diced green chile peppers - 1 oz
- round sourdough loaf - 1 (2
How to make hot cheese loaf:
Carefully slice top off bread loaf; remove bread from center of loaf in square chunks. Combine all remaining ingredients. Fill hollowed loaf with cheese mixture. Place top slice on loaf and wrap in foil. Bake 2 hours at 325°. Serve warm with toasted or untoasted bread squares, chips or crackers.
