Hot cheddar bean dip
Ingredients/Components
- shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- hot pepper sauce - 1/4 tsp
- can chopped green chilies, drained - 1 oz
- can pinto beans, drained and mashed - 1 oz
- light or cholesterol free mayonnaise - 1/2 c
How to make hot cheddar bean dip:
Combine all ingredients; stir to mix well. Spoon into small ovenproof dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crackers or chips. Yield: 2 1/2 cups.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Beans.
