  • pkg - 1 oz
  • vanilla ice cream - 1 qt
  • whipped cream - 1 item
  • ground cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • ground nutmeg - 2 tsp
  • cinnamon sticks - 1 item
  • light rum - 1 item

How to make hot buttered rum:

Combine butter, sugars and spices; beat well until light and fluffy. Add ice cream, stirring until well blended. Spoon into a 2-quart freezer container. Freeze. To Serve: Thaw slightly. Place 3 heaping tablespoonfuls of butter mixture and 1 jigg
