Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1 lb
- pkg - 1 oz
- vanilla ice cream - 1 qt
- whipped cream - 1 item
- ground cinnamon - 2 tsp
- ground nutmeg - 2 tsp
- cinnamon sticks - 1 item
- light rum - 1 item
How to make hot buttered rum:
Combine butter, sugars and spices; beat well until light and fluffy. Add ice cream, stirring until well blended. Spoon into a 2-quart freezer container. Freeze. To Serve: Thaw slightly. Place 3 heaping tablespoonfuls of butter mixture and 1 jiggRecipe categories: Low protein, Drinks, Low fat.
