Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire - 2 Tbsp
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/4 c
- slices tomatoes - 4 item
- slices fried bacon - 8 item
- pieces toasted bread - 4 item
- slices country ham, cooked - 4 item
How to make hot brown:
Melt butter in a saucepan; add flour and stir well. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly until well blended. Add all remaining ingredients; cook until slightly thickened. Place ham on toasted bread, then add bacon, cheese sauce and top with tomato slices. Bake at 425° until bubbly.Recipe categories: Poultry, Meat, Turkey.
