  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • chopped pecans - 1/3 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 2 Tbsp
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • butter
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c

How to make hot beef dip:

Toast 1/3 cup chopped pecans in 1 1/2 tablespoons butter. Set aside for topping.

Beat together cream cheese and milk. Mix into green pepper, onion, garlic, sour cream, pepper and dried beef. Put into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
