Hot bacon dressing

Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1/2 tsp
• vinegar - 1/4 c
• bacon grease - 1/4 1/2
• slices cooked bacon, crumbled - 3 item

How to make hot bacon dressing:

Bring ingredients to a boil and while hot, pour over torn, fresh spinach leaves. Toss! If desired, thin this with up to 1/3 cup water to give a milder taste.
