Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 2 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • egg, well beaten - 1 item
  • strips bacon - 4 item

How to make hot bacon dressing:

Cut bacon into small pieces and brown. Remove from pan. Add vinegar, water and sugar to bacon drippings. Heat to a boil. Remove from pan from heat and slowly add egg. Stir until slightly thickened. Serve warm. May be used on any salad greens.
