Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cider vinegar - 1 c
- real mayonnaise - 1 c
- grease from bacon - 1/2 c
- bacon, cut up and fried - 1 lb
- or more chopped onion - 1/4 c
How to make hot bacon dressing:
Fry bacon; set aside. In grease from bacon, cook onion. Add sugar and vinegar. Bring to boil. Add mayonnaise and stir with wire whisk. Let sit 5 minutes. Add bacon and refrigerate.Recipe categories: Salads, Salad dressings, Bacon.
