Hot artichoke dip

Ingredients/Components

• lemon juice
• garlic powder - 1 tsp
• grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
• mayonnaise low-fat - 1 c
• cans artichoke hearts, packed in water - 2 oz

How to make hot artichoke dip:

Drain and mash artichokes. Blend artichokes with mayonnaise and lemon juice in blender. Add cheese and garlic. Serve with crackers or chips.
