Hot artichoke dip
Ingredients/Components
- 4 oz - 1 c
- garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- Miracle Whip - 1 c
- can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped - 1 oz
- can chopped green chilies, drained optional - 1 oz
How to make hot artichoke dip:
Heat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients and spoon into 9-inch pie plate or shallow ovenproof dish. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and chopped tomatoes, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers. Makes 2 cups. Preparation time: 10 minutes.
