Ingredients/Components

  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • paprika to taste - 1 item
  • can green chiles, chopped - 1 oz
  • can artichoke hearts - 1 oz

How to make hot artichoke dip:

Preheat the oven to 350°. Drain artichoke hearts and mash well with a fork. Do not use blender. Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Mix together and spread into a baking dish large enough to spread the mixture to about 1/2-inch thick. Sprinkle top with paprika and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Serve with crackers of any variety. Makes 2 cups.
