Ingredients/Components
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- miniature marshmallows - 1 c
- can chow mein noodles - 3 oz
- butterscotch morsels - 6 oz
How to make hopscotch crunchies:
Melt butterscotch morsels and peanut butter over hot water. Remove from heat. Stir. Stir in chow mein noodles and miniature marshmallows. Drop by teaspoonful onto wax paper lined cooke sheet. Chill until set. Makes about 30 pieces.Recipe categories: Desserts, Snacks, Candy.
