Ingredients/Components

  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • eggs - 4 item
  • Wesson oil - 3/4 c
  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • milk - 4 Tbsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp

How to make honeybun cake:

Mix first 4 ingredients. Mix in another bowl the remaining ingredients. Pour one half of cake batter into greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Sprinkle with sugar mixture. Pour on remaining batter. Swirl with a knife. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Ice while hot with:
