Honey-peanut butter cookies

Ingredients/Components

• shortening - 1/2 c
• creamy peanut butter - 1 c
• honey - 1 c
• eggs, beaten - 2 item
• all-purpose flour - 3 c
• sugar - 3/4 c
• baking soda
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp

How to make honey-peanut butter cookies:

Mix shortening, peanut butter and honey. Add eggs and mix well. Combine dry ingredients. Add to peanut butter mixture and mix well. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
