Honey glazed chicken
Ingredients/Components
- all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- cayenne pepper or paprika - 1/2 tsp
- chicken pieces, skin removed - 3 lb
- butter or margarine, melted and divided - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- honey - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- curry powder
How to make honey glazed chicken:
In a bowl or bag, combine flour, salt, cayenne or paprika. Add chicken pieces; shake to coat. Pour 4 tablespoons butter into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Place chicken in pan, turning once to coat. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes. Combine the last 5 ingredients with remaining butter; pour over chicken.
