Honey glazed carrots
Ingredients/Components
- to 8 carrots - 6 item
- honey - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- orange juice - 2 Tbsp
- salt to taste - 1 item
How to make honey glazed carrots:
Scrape or peel carrots. Cook in a small amount of water until tender, but not soft, about 15 minutes. Remove from water. Place in a greased baking pan. Mix honey and orange juice, pour over carrots. Bake 15 minutes in moderate oven at 350°. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 6.Carrots may be rolled in honey mixture, then bread crumbs and baked.
