Honey dinner rolls
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- bread flour
- honey - 1/3 c
- 1 pkg - 1 tsp
- 1/2 stick margarine - 1/4 c
How to make honey dinner rolls:
In a large bowl, combine together flour and yeast, then set aside.Heat margarine, milk and honey until warm and margarine is melted. Add liquid to dry mixture, then add eggs. Knead and add flour to make dough smooth and elastic. Put in well-greased bowl. Cover and allow to double in size.
Make rolls and put in oiled muffin pans or use paper muffin cups to cut down on cleanup (children prefer it this way). Let rise until double in size.
Bake in 375° oven for 12 minutes.
Makes 36 rolls.
