  • butter, softened - 1 lb
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • C sugar - 1 item
  • C heavy cream - 1 item
  • C honey - 1 item

How to make honey butter spread:

In a sauce pan combine sugar, cream, and honey. Heat on medium high heat stirring until it comes to a boil.

Meanwhile, put the butter in a blender or food processor. Pour hot mixture over butter. Blend on medium speed until mixed well. Turn off blender and stir if needed. Add vanilla, blend until mixed well. Spoon butter into a plastic container. Cover and let cool in refrigerator.

Great on hot bread. Store in refrigerator.
