Ingredients/Components
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small can mushrooms - 1 item
- cans hominy - 2 item
- chopped hot pepper - 1/4 c
- grated cheese or 1 small jar Cheez Whiz - 1 c
How to make hominy casserole:
Saute onions, peppers and mushrooms in melted oleo. Then, add other ingredients. Put in greased baking dish and bake at 325° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
