Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 1 qt
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • whipping cream - 1/2 pt
  • light cream - 2 pt

How to make homemade vanilla ice cream:

Mix all ingredients, except vanilla, in saucepan. Heat until little beads appear. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Mix well and pour into ice cream freezer. Makes 1 gallon.
