Homemade vanilla ice cream

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 2 Tbsp
• milk - 4 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item

How to make homemade vanilla ice cream:

Mix milk, Eagle Brand, vanilla and salt in small mixing bowl. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs until light; add sugar gradually beating constantly. Beat in mixture from small bowl. Pour into freezer and freeze according to freezer directions.

Fruit variations: Lessen milk 1 1/2 cups, omit vanilla and add 1 1/2 cups of your favorite chopped fruit.
