Homemade pimento cheese
Ingredients/Components
- jar pimento - 1 item
- sharp cheese - 1 lb
- mild cheese - 1 lb
- can evaporated milk you may need a little more milk - 1 item
How to make homemade pimento cheese:
Shred cheese and place in double boiler along with half of the milk. Continue to add the milk a little at a time, stirring frequently. Cheese should be thick like pudding.
