Homemade pimento cheese



  • jar pimento - 1 item
  • sharp cheese - 1 lb
  • mild cheese - 1 lb
  • can evaporated milk you may need a little more milk - 1 item

How to make homemade pimento cheese:

Shred cheese and place in double boiler along with half of the milk. Continue to add the milk a little at a time, stirring frequently. Cheese should be thick like pudding. Remove from heat and add pimento. Pour into jars and store in refrigerator.
