Homemade peach ice cream
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla extract - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- whipping cream - 1/2 pt
- extra rich milk - 1 qt
- chopped peaches - 6 c
How to make homemade peach ice cream:
Mix peaches and 1 cup sugar. Combine the 1 1/2 cups sugar, flour and salt; add eggs and blend well. Add milk and cook slowly until slightly thickened. Let cool. Add whipping cream, vanilla and sweetened peaches. Pour into freezer container and freeze. Yield: 1 gallon.Recipe categories: Desserts, Frozen desserts, Egg.
