Homemade noodles
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
How to make homemade noodles:
In mixing bowl beat the egg. Stir in milk and salt. Add enough of the flour to make a very stiff dough. Turn out on floured surface. Roll dough very thin. Let dough rest 20 minutes. Roll up dough loosely. Cut into 1/4-inch wide slices. Unroll. Cut into desired length. Spread out cut dough. Let dry 2 hours. Place into covered container and store until needed.To cook, drop noodles into large amount of salted water or broth. Cook, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes.
