- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 item
- flour - 1 item
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- warm water - 1 item
How to make homemade noodles:
Beat eggs, oil and salt together; add enough flour to make a stiff dough. If you add too much flour, add a little warm water until it is the right consistency. Knead until smooth and elastic. Roll out as thin as possible on a floured board or countertop. Cut into strips of desired width with a sharp knife. Cut a little smaller than you wish the finished product to be since they will swell a little as they cook.
