  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 7 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • whipping cream - 3 c
  • honey - 1 c

How to make homemade ice cream:

Utensils Needed: Large mixing bowl, egg beater, mixing spoon, measuring cup, measuring spoons, ice cream freezer, rock salt and ice (one part rock salt to eight parts ice)

Beat eggs well. Add other ingredients and mix together. Freeze in ice cream freezer. Makes 3 to 4 quarts.
