Ingredients/Components
- beef - 3 lb
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- cans sliced carrots - 2 item
- cans English peas - 2 item
- onions if desired - 1 item
- water - 2 c
- potatoes, diced - 2 lb
- cans whole kernel corn - 2 item
- cans beef gravy - 2 item
How to make homemade beef stew:
Cut up beef and roll in flour; brown in the oil. Put in a crock-pot and cook overnight with 2 cups water. Dice the potatoes. Put in crock-pot the next morning.
