Hollandaise sauce
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
- eggs yolks - 3 item
How to make hollandaise sauce:
In blender or food processor, beat yolks until thickened. Beat in juice, salt and cayenne pepper. Pour hot butter in a stream with machine running. Serve in warmed bowl. Makes 1 cup.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Very low carbs.
