Hollandaise sauce



  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • egg yolks - 3 item
  • warm water - 1 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • butter, melted - 1/2 lb
  • dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item

How to make hollandaise sauce:

Beat warm water and egg yolks until creamy. Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes. Remove from heat; add lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper. Beat in butter until smooth.
