  • water - 2 Tbsp
  • egg yolks - 5 item
  • juice from 1/2 lemon

How to make hollandaise sauce:

Melt butter in pan; set aside. Beat egg yolks with water and lemon juice. Cook in double boiler until mixture is thick. Slowly add melted butter to egg mixture, beating constantly. Use immediately.
