Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- egg yolks - 3 item
- warm water - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 1/2 lb
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
How to make hollandaise sauce:
In top of double boiler, place warm water and egg yolks; beat until creamy (3 minutes). Remove from heat. Add lemon, salt and pepper. Beat in butter a little at a time until smooth.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Very low carbs.
