Holiday yam bake
Ingredients/Components
- light brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- pecans, chopped - 3 Tbsp
- 1 can pineapple, crushed
- 1 can yams - 40 oz
- marshmallows, miniature - 3/4 c
How to make holiday yam bake:
Drain yams and mash well. Drain pineapple, adding juice to yams. Add sugar and butter. Beat well. Stir in pineapple and pecans. Coat inside of 1 1/2-quart casserole with butter or spray oil coating. Spoon mixture into dish.Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with marshmallows. Bake for 10 minutes longer.
