Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 3 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
- mini marshmallows - 3/4 c
- can yams - 1 oz
- can crushed pineapple and juice - 1 1/2
How to make holiday yam bake:
Drain yams; mash well. Drain pineapple; reserve juice. Add juice to yams. Add sugar and margarine; beat well. Stir in pineapple and pecans. Coat inside of a 1 1/2 quart casserole with Pam. Spoon in mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle wiRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Yam/sweet potato.
