Holiday salad
Ingredients/Components
- boiling water
- red hots - 1/2 c
- cherry gelatin - 2 pkg
- 2 cans applesauce
- small container sour cream or as much as it takes to fill hole - 1 item
How to make holiday salad:
Melt red hots in boiling water. Add gelatin and stir in applesauce. Chill until firm in an 8-inch ring mold. Unmold on plate. Fill center hole with sour cream. Yields 16 to 18 servings.Recipe categories: Salads, Lettuces, Greens.
