Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar - 1/2 c
- pumpkin pie spice
- eggs, lightly beaten - 3 item
- ground ginger - 1 tsp
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- firmly packed light brown sugar - 1/2 c
- half and half or light cream
- Honey Maid honey graham pie crusts - 2 item
- prepared whipped topping and pecans for garnish - 1 item
How to make holiday pumpkin pie:
Brush crust with some of the beaten egg. Bake at 400° for 4 minutes. Set aside. In bowl blend pumpkin, remaining eggs, half and half or light cream, granulated sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice and ginger until smooth. Divide and pour fillingRecipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Squash, Pumpkin.
