Holiday potatoes



Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- butter - 1/4 c
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- chopped onions - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes - 1/2 c
- unpared potatoes, cooked, drained and cooled - 4 lb
How to make holiday potatoes:
Remove skin from potatoes. Shred potatoes in large bowl. Saute onions in butter until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in undiluted soup and sour cream. Pour over potatoes and shredded cheese. Mix well. Turn into greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with corn flakes, drizzle with 3 tablespoons butter. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
