Ingredients/Components
- ground ginger - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 2 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- thyme - 2 tsp
- sherry - 1/2 c
- pork loin roast - 4 5
- jar jelly - 1 oz
How to make holiday pork roast:
Melt jelly. Add soy sauce and sherry. Simmer 2 minutes. Serve in separate dish with roast. Makes 10 to 12 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
