Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 6 c
- water - 2 3
- confectioners sugar
- Marshmallow Creme - 1 jar
- caramels, unwrapped - 1 lb
How to make holiday nut rolls:
Combine Marshmallow Creme and vanilla in mixing bowl and stir with mixing spoon; gradually stir in sugar. Knead until well blended and shape mixture into 4 rolls, about 1-inch thick in diameter; wrap in plastic and freeze 6 hours.Pour caramels and water in glass measure; microwave on High 45 seconds. Stir with mixing spoon, microwave on High for 45 seconds or until melted. Carefully remove from oven. Use a fork to dip rolls in caramel one side at a time. Roll in nuts until well coated. Let cool completely. Store in an airtight container. Slice before serving.
