Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 3 oz
  • sour cream - 1/2 pt
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • to 8 medium potatoes - 6 item

How to make holiday mashed potatoes:

Boil potatoes in salted water. Add cream cheese, sour cream and butter. Whip until smooth. Put in buttered baking dish. Dot with butter, paprika and parsley. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 6.

Note: May be refrigerated a couple of days ahead before baking.
