Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- cooked, mashed, peeled potatoes - 3 lb
How to make holiday mashed potatoes:
Add all ingredients to the mashed potatoes; beat until light and fluffy. Place in a greased 9-inch round casserole and refrigerate overnight. Next day, bake 45 minutes at 350°. Serves 8 to 12.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
