Holiday casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- pepper - 1/4 Tbsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- uncooked macaroni - 2 c
- can cream of mushroom or celery soup - 1 1/2
- can luncheon meat, cut in 1/2-inch slices - 1 oz
How to make holiday casserole:
Prepare macaroni according to directions on package; drain. Combine soup, milk and cheese until cheese is melted. Mix macaroni, cheese sauce, green pepper, onion and black pepper. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Arrange luncheon meat on top of casserole. Bake in a 325° oven for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Mushroom, Casseroles.
