Holiday breakfast casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 6 item
- slices white bread, cubed - 6 item
- dash of Tabasco sauce optional - 1 item
- mild sausage, browned and drained
- Cheddar cheese mild, grated - 1 c
- mushrooms and green peppers optional - 1 item
How to make holiday breakfast casserole:
Combine eggs and milk in bowl and beat well. Mix crumbled sausage with eggs and add rest of ingredients, adding bread last. Mix well. Pour into greased 12 x 9-inch baking pan and cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35 minutes or until set.
