Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- stick margarine - 1 item
- potatoes - 1 item
- onions - 1 item
- Lawrys seasoned salt - 1 item
How to make hobo potatoes:
Wash and scrub potatoes. Cut into wedges. Put into desired size Pyrex dish. Sprinkle with salt and seasoned salt. Top with onions and cut into wedges. Use as many as desired. Cut margarine into chunks. Place over onions Use more than 1 stick if using extra large pan. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 400° to 425° for 1 hour or until tender.
