- carrots - 1 item
- potatoes - 1 item
- onions - 1 item
How to make hobo dinner:
Season hamburger as you would for hamburgers.Pat hamburger meat in a large patty. Slice onions, carrots and potatoes on top of hamburger. Add salt and pepper. Wrap in aluminum foil. Cook about 45 minutes at 350° or until vegetables and meat are done.
A green salad or slaw added to this makes a perfect meal.
