Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1/4 c
  • vinegar - 2 tsp
  • chopped onions - 2 c
  • ketchup - 1 c
  • prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • cans pork and beans - 2 lb
  • can kidney beans, drained - 1 lb

How to make hobo beans:

Brown onions in oil; add ground beef. Stir with fork until brown. Add all but beans. Stir well and add beans. Put in casserole dish; bake at 400° in oven approximately 30 minutes.
