Ingredients/Components
- small red potatoes, cooked - 2 lbs
- sliced green onions - 1/2 c
- Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing, Original Ranch with Bacon - 1 c
- Paprika or black pepper - 1 item
- Chives - 1 item
How to make hidden valley hot potato salad:
While still warm, cut potatoes in 1-inch cubes (can dice before cooking). Gently toss together potatoes, onions and salad dressing. Dust with paprika or pepper. Garnish with fresh chives. Serve warm or at room temperature.Can use bacon bits instead of salad dressing with bacon.
