Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1 lb
- vanilla - 3/4 Tbsp
- confectioners sugar, sifted
- hickory nuts the more the better - 2 c
- cake flour - 4 c
How to make hickory nut cookies:
Cream butter and sugar. Stir in flour, nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Shape in 1-inch balls. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Rolled cookies.
