  • Chopped Hickory Nuts - 1 c
  • Butter - 1/2 c
  • Eggs Separated - 3 item
  • Sugar
  • Milk - 1 c
  • Flour - 3 c
  • Baking Powder

How to make hickory nut cake:

Cream the Sugar and Butter. Add Milk, Yolks of eggs (well beaten).

Sift together: Flour and Baking Powder; Mix. Add nuts and egg whites (well beaten). Bake at 350 degrees until done.
