- Chopped Hickory Nuts - 1 c
- Butter - 1/2 c
- Eggs Separated - 3 item
- Sugar
- Milk - 1 c
- Flour - 3 c
- Baking Powder
How to make hickory nut cake:
Cream the Sugar and Butter. Add Milk, Yolks of eggs (well beaten).Sift together: Flour and Baking Powder; Mix. Add nuts and egg whites (well beaten). Bake at 350 degrees until done.
