Herbed-yogurt baked tomatoes
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- plain nonfat yogurt - 1/2 c
- ground pepper - 1/4 tsp
- dried whole marjoram - 1/2 tsp
- grated fresh Romano cheese - 1/4 c
- large unpeeled round red tomatoes - 2 item
How to make herbed-yogurt baked tomatoes:
You will also need vegetable cooking spray.Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well and set aside. Core tomatoes, cut in half crosswise and seed. Place halves, cut side up, in 8-inch baking dish, coated with cooking spray. Spoon 2 tablespoons yogurt mixture over each tomato half. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cheese. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
